FAMILY FISHING HOLIDAYS IN THE COTSWOLDS

THE COTTAGE
Entrance hall with toilet & shower leads to the open plan sitting/dining
room with T.V, DVD and log burner.
With stunning views accross the lake, the french windows open onto the upper deck with table & chairs, sun loungers and Outback BBQ.
Steps lead to the lower deck and jetty.
A fully fitted kitchen is also on the ground floor.
The upper floor has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom &
king size bed.
The second bedroom having a double bed and the third bedroom with twin beds, a family bathroom and W.C.
Bedding and towels are provided as is the electricity and initial supply of fuel for the log burner. The cottage has full central heating.
 
FISHING
The estate has two well stocked trout lakes, a carp lake, two coarse lakes and the Somerford Lagoon wich is mainly Pike.
There is no charge for fishing but you do require a cottage permit which we supply and a valid U.K. rod licence.
 
Within a ten mile radius there are over 40 lakes, the river Thames and river Ray, mostly day ticket waters.
The Tackle Den and Information Centre are approx. two miles from the cottage.
 
FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Jackdaws is in the heart of the Cotswolds Water Park surounded by miles of Cycle Tracks.Country Walks, Golf, Canoeing, Sailing, Farm Visits Playgrounds and CableWater Sking.
Eating Out & Nature Reserves Etc.
Keynes Country Park is 15 minuites away, it has the U.Ks largest inland beach, boat and cycle hire, playgrounds, barbeque areas, head4hights arial adventure, cafe's and numourous other activities.
A number of good country pubs and the historic town of Cirencester are within a short distance from the cottage.

From £15 per person per night based on 6 persons sharing.
